Enhancing Justice: Overcoming Barriers in the Criminal Justice System of Pakistan

Abstract

Criminal Justice System plays a pivotal role for dispensation of justice and peace in society. Crime is bitter reality of our society as well as prevailing all over the world. However, its nature may be different. No doubt criminals in Pakistan get acquitted due to different reasons and causes. In this study struggle has been made to define the topic as introduction to crime and acquittal, history of crime, Islamic laws and punishment. In this research work researcher aims to find out the deterrent for improvement and different factor of criminal justice system, criminal justice system challenges and hurdles owing to that it can’t perform up to bench mark. In this research work I conclude that different reasons which affect the criminal justice and how to overcome those factors for effective criminal justice.
